PSA Europe: EU submissions open September 15 CET

Starting September 15, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. Central European Time, PSA says collectors across the European Union can submit directly for local grading at the Frankfurt facility. PSA states Frankfurt will offer all globally available service levels across cards, autographed cards, tickets, and packs, aiming to cut time, cost, and friction from international shipping to U.S. hubs.

Matthias Peuckert, Managing Director of PSA Europe, said: “We are excited to open our doors to collectors across Europe. Delivering the same PSA services available around the world from Frankfurt will give our European customers more speed and more confidence when they submit their items for authentication and grading, as they will no longer need to manage the friction of international shipping.”

PSA links the Standard step and Europe launch to its previously announced $200 million infrastructure investment, cites about 40% greater global production versus last year, notes Plano, Texas, opened in July as a full grading facility, and says PSA now has six global grading facilities with Europe included.

What should submitters do with the new menu?

Match insured value and calendar need to the tier PSA will actually accept. Standard’s $1,000 max insured value is lower than Priority’s $1,500. Cards that need a higher insured cap cannot use Standard even if the $20 fee gap looks attractive.

Price the wait. Standard’s 90–100 business-day estimate is longer than Priority’s 70–80. A ten-card Standard order saves $200 in grading fees versus Priority before shipping — only if every card fits the $1,000 insured cap and the longer window is acceptable.
