It is not a rewrite of CMS 69 GameStop PSA Research & ID and it is not a verbatim reprint of yesterday morning's September 24 snapshot (CMS 70). Live Tier1 re-checks found no major PSA/CGC/SGC fee-ladder flip. The material matrix update vs CMS 70 is Beckett's afternoon path: Base and Standard paused with a waitlist while Express remains open (covered as breaking in CMS 71). TAG Priority/Walkthrough still available; STANDARD still absent; Express catalog availability flipped off vs the CMS 70 morning stamp. Fees change; re-check each linked primary before you pay or ship.

Later Sep 24, maintenance.beckett.com stated Base and Standard are temporarily paused with a waitlist while Express submissions remain open (see CMS 71). This Sep 25 matrix dates that Express-only open door: do not claim Base or Standard reopened.

TAG capacity path: Backlog tracker still shows ~63% current load, ~85% recovered from peak, October full catch-up estimate (public update stamped Wed Sep 16). /drop still routes to a CrowdHandler waiting room. Priority $149 and Walkthrough $299 still show available in products.json.

TAG STANDARD catalog still absent: products.json still has no GRADING | STANDARD title (same shape as CMS 70 / CMS 68). That remains a catalog-shape fact worth dating; it is not a claim that Standard checkout reopened.

TAG BASIC (9-16 DROP) still listed available: GRADING | BASIC (9-16 DROP) variants still show available=true at $59.00 in products.json this morning. That is a leftover limited-drop SKU, not a claim that regular Basic tiers reopened.

CGC: U.S. fee chart still publishing full ladder

Primary: CGC Cards services and fees (opened Sep 25, 2026).

CGC states turnaround times are estimates in working days and are not guaranteed. Associate/Premium members save 10% on grading; Elite saves 20% (per the same page).

Decision rule: CGC's published door remains open across Bulk through Unlimited Value this run (no pause banner). Long Bulk/Economy estimates still dominate planning for cheap tiers.

TAG: backlog recovery; limited doors; drop CrowdHandler-gated

Primaries: TAG pricing (banner: REGULAR TIERS PAUSED / LIMITED PRIORITY GRADING AVAILABLE), products.json, and backlog tracker (opened Sep 25, 2026).

Backlog public figures still show current load about 63% of capacity, about 85% recovered from peak, and estimated full catch-up in October (tracker update stamped Wed Sep 16). The /drop path redirected to a CrowdHandler waiting room this check; treat the limited Pokemon window as capacity-gated, not an open general queue.

Decision rule: Do not treat TAG as a general open door. Use Priority or Walkthrough only if those catalog products still complete checkout, watch drop notifications for the next limited window, and re-read the backlog tracker before budgeting TAT.

Beckett: Express open; Base and Standard paused

Primaries: beckett.com/grading (maintenance notice) and temporary Jotform submission (opened Sep 25, 2026; formID 262533506933155).

Beckett states digital platforms, including Beckett.com and the mobile app, remain temporarily offline. The maintenance page banners Express Submissions Remain Open and says Base and Standard card grading submissions are temporarily paused so Beckett can focus on existing orders and estimated turnaround times. Collectors can join a waitlist to be notified when Base and Standard reopen. FAQ text on the same page: Express is currently available through the temporary submission form. This stamp does not claim Base or Standard reopened.

Form notes this check: services include subgrades unless otherwise indicated; any card graded a 10 automatically receives subgrades and incurs a $3 upgrade fee; card quantity cannot exceed 100 per submission; payment is collected after Beckett receives and reviews the order. Prices can still appear on the Jotform for paused tiers; the maintenance page is the open-door authority for this matrix.

Standard Size raw-card grading, crossovers, and reviews table (maximum declared value vs Standard 40+ business-day and Expedited 2-3 business-day columns):

SGC notes on the same table: for each additional $10,000 over $100,000 in card value, add $375 to the base fee; orders can take longer if crossovers are submitted without a minimum grade; turnaround begins once the order is unboxed and logged. Reholders / oversized tabs were visible on the page but are not tabulated in this snapshot.

Decision rule: Use SGC when the Standard $50 / $85 MDV bands fit, or when Expedited speed is worth the jump from $150 upward. Re-open gosgc.com/pricing before you submit; SPA UIs can change without a press release.
