This is a dated open-doors fee matrix stamped September 24, 2026. It is not a rewrite of overnight CMS 69 GameStop PSA Research & ID and it is not a verbatim reprint of yesterday's September 23 snapshot (CMS 68). Live Tier1 re-checks found no major fee-ladder flip vs CMS 68: Beckett remains on the temporary Jotform path (day-N after CMS 61), TAG's Pokemon drop path is still CrowdHandler-gated (CMS 60), PSA Priority labeling stays live on services (CMS 62), and SGC fees re-verify from JS render. Today's enrichment vs CMS 68: the Beckett Jotform also lists Base-no-subgrades $14.95 and Priority $124.95 alongside the Base/Standard/Express trio. Fees change; re-check each linked primary before you pay or ship.

What changed since Sep 23 (honest MATCH note)
No fee-ladder flip on majors: Thursday Tier1 re-checks MATCH Wednesday's CMS 68 stamp on PSA/CGC/SGC core fees, TAG Priority/Walkthrough availability, STANDARD catalog absence, and Beckett offline+Jotform path. This post is a new ET-day dated matrix for collectors who need a Sep 24 primary check, not a rehash of identical prose.
Beckett Jotform enrichment vs CMS 68: Platforms remain offline; collectors still use temporary Jotform formID 262533506933155. CMS 68 tabulated Base $17.95 / Standard $34.95 / Express $79.95. This morning's form still shows those three and also lists Base-no-subgrades $14.95 (75+ business days) and Priority $124.95 (5 business days). Same submission path; fuller option set dated today.
TAG capacity path: Backlog tracker still shows ~63% current load, ~85% recovered from peak, October full catch-up estimate (public update stamped Wed Sep 16). /drop still routes to a CrowdHandler waiting room. Priority $149 and Walkthrough $299 still show available in products.json.
TAG STANDARD catalog still absent: products.json still has no GRADING | STANDARD title (same shape as CMS 68 / CMS 66). That remains a catalog-shape fact worth dating; it is not a claim that Standard checkout reopened.
TAG Express catalog flag: GRADING | EXPRESS Yes-Wrap still returns available=true at $79.95 in products.json while the pricing page banner still reads REGULAR TIERS PAUSED. Treat live checkout as authoritative.
TAG BASIC (9-16 DROP) still listed available: GRADING | BASIC (9-16 DROP) variants still show available=true at $59.00 in products.json this morning (same continuity note as CMS 68). That is a leftover limited-drop SKU, not a claim that regular Basic tiers reopened.
PSA mid-tier still the decision pair: Standard $59.99 vs Priority $79.99 with Value paused; see CMS 62 for the decision explainer stamped Sep 17. PSA Sep 22 ~9M backlog remains covered by CMS 67 (not re-queued as NEW).

Decision rule: If you need the cheapest PSA online door today, Standard at $59.99 is still the published entry with Get Started while Value remains unavailable. Pay $20 more for Priority when the $1,500 MIV cap or 70-80 business-day estimate matters.

Backlog public figures still show current load about 63% of capacity, about 85% recovered from peak, and estimated full catch-up in October (tracker update stamped Wed Sep 16). The /drop path redirected to a CrowdHandler waiting room this check; treat the limited Pokemon window as capacity-gated, not an open general queue.
Decision rule: Do not treat TAG as a general open door. Use Priority or Walkthrough only if those catalog products still complete checkout, watch drop notifications for the next limited window, and re-read the backlog tracker before budgeting TAT.

Decision rule: Use SGC when the Standard $50 / $85 MDV bands fit, or when Expedited speed is worth the jump from $150 upward.
