This is a dated open-doors fee matrix stamped September 23, 2026. It is not a reprint of the September 21 snapshot (CMS 66) and it is a different package from today's PSA backlog Sep 22 update (CMS 67). Live Tier1 re-checks found no fee-ladder flip on PSA/CGC/Beckett/SGC core dollars vs CMS 66; TAG still shows limited catalog doors under a REGULAR TIERS PAUSED banner. Fees change; re-check each linked primary before you pay or ship.

What changed since Sep 21 (honest MATCH note)
No fee-ladder flip on majors: Wednesday Tier1 re-checks MATCH CMS 66 on PSA/CGC/Beckett/SGC core fees and pause banners. This post is a new ET-day dated matrix for collectors who need a Sep 23 primary check, plus a cross-link to the same-day PSA backlog capacity post.
PSA backlog context (separate package): PSA's Backlog Tracker Sep 22 update (~9 million cards; Value still paused / sub-5M) was published earlier today as CMS 67. Fee dollars on the services page still MATCH this matrix.
Beckett still temp-form: Platforms remain offline; collectors still use the temporary Jotform for Base / Standard / Express. Same fee set as CMS 61 and CMS 66 ($17.95 / $34.95 / $79.95); formID 262533506933155.
TAG capacity + catalog: Backlog tracker still shows ~63% current load, ~85% recovered from peak, October full catch-up estimate (public update stamped Wed Sep 16). Priority $149 and Walkthrough $299 still show available=true. GRADING | STANDARD remains absent from products.json. GRADING | EXPRESS Yes-Wrap still returns available=true at $79.95 while the pricing banner reads REGULAR TIERS PAUSED. GRADING | BASIC (9-16 DROP) also lists available=true at $59 — that is a catalog flag, not proof an open drop queue is live; use checkout and drop notifications as authoritative.

Decision rule: If you need the cheapest PSA online door today, Standard at $59.99 is still the published entry with Get Started while Value remains unavailable. Backlog public figures still show current load about 63% of capacity, about 85% recovered from peak, and estimated full catch-up in October (tracker update stamped Wed Sep 16). Prior CGN coverage of the Sep 16 Pokemon-only limited drop and Sep 17 sold-out status remains the narrative for that window; today's products.json flag on BASIC (9-16 DROP) is dated here as a catalog observation only.
Decision rule: Do not treat TAG as a general open door. Use Priority or Walkthrough only if those catalog products still complete checkout, watch drop notifications for the next limited window, and re-read the backlog tracker before budgeting TAT.
Beckett: platforms offline; temp Jotform fees live
Primaries: Beckett grading availability and temporary Jotform submission (opened Sep 23, 2026; formID 262533506933155).
Beckett states digital platforms, including Beckett.com and the mobile app, remain temporarily offline while infrastructure work continues. Base, Standard, and Express stay available through the temporary form. Beckett EU submissions are not available on this form.

SGC notes on the same table: for each additional $10,000 over $100,000 in card value, add $375 to the base fee; orders can take longer if crossovers are submitted without a minimum grade; turnaround begins once the order is unboxed and logged. Reholders / oversized tabs were visible on the page but are not tabulated in this snapshot.
