Decision rules collectors can apply

Choose Standard when: the card's declared/insured need fits under $1,000, you can tolerate the 90-100 business-day estimate, and saving $20 per card matters more than the Priority speed band.

Choose Priority when: you need the $1,500 max insured value band, or the 70-80 business-day estimate is worth $20 more per card. Priority is not Express; it is still a multi-month estimate on the live table.

Do not assume Value is a workaround: PSA's services page still states Value services are temporarily paused / currently unavailable.

Europe note (still accurate on en-DE this check)

PSA's European services surface at psacard.com/en-DE/services/tradingcardgrading still showed a Standard Intro figure at EUR 49.99 on this run. US collectors should not mix US dollar tiers with Europe pricing. For the Sep 15 Europe fee package see PSA Europe fees Sep 15. Re-open en-DE before relying on the EUR figure.

The bottom line

As of September 17, 2026, the live PSA US table still prices Standard at $59.99 and Priority at $79.99 with the insured-value and TAT bands above, while Value stays paused. Pick Standard to minimize fee inside a $1,000 MIV cap; pick Priority for the $1,500 MIV cap and the shorter estimate band. Verify on psacard.com/services before you submit. This article does not advise buy, sell, or hold.
