This is a dated open-doors fee matrix stamped September 21, 2026. It is not a verbatim reprint of yesterday's September 20 snapshot (CMS 65). Live Tier1 re-checks found no fee-ladder flip vs that package: Beckett remains on the temporary Jotform path (day-N after CMS 61), TAG's Pokemon drop is still sold out (CMS 60), PSA Priority labeling stays live on services (CMS 62), and SGC fees re-verify from JS render with the SPA shell hash unchanged overnight. Fees change; re-check each linked primary before you pay or ship.

What changed since Sep 20 (honest MATCH note)
No fee-ladder flip on majors: Monday Tier1 re-checks MATCH Sunday's CMS 65 stamp on PSA/CGC/Beckett/SGC core fees and pause banners, with a TAG catalog-shape delta (GRADING | STANDARD absent from products.json). This post is a new ET-day dated matrix for collectors who need a Sep 21 primary check, not a rehash of identical prose.
Beckett still temp-form: Platforms remain offline (maintenance fingerprint EQUAL overnight); collectors still use the temporary Jotform for Base / Standard / Express. Same fee set as CMS 61 and CMS 65 ($17.95 / $34.95 / $79.95); formID 262533506933155.
TAG capacity path: Backlog tracker still shows ~63% current load, ~85% recovered from peak, October full catch-up estimate (public update stamped Wed Sep 16). Pokemon 30th limited drop remains capacity-filled after Sep 17 sold-out coverage. Priority $149 and Walkthrough $299 still show available in products.json.
TAG STANDARD catalog delta vs CMS 65: Overnight MATCH held on Priority/Walkthrough/pause banner, but today's products.json no longer lists a GRADING | STANDARD title at all (CMS 65 still saw the title with unavailable variants). That is a catalog-shape change worth dating; it is not a claim that Standard checkout reopened.
TAG Express catalog flag: GRADING | EXPRESS Yes-Wrap still returns available=true at $79.95 in products.json while the pricing page banner still reads REGULAR TIERS PAUSED. GRADING | STANDARD is missing from the catalog JSON entirely this morning (vs present but unavailable on CMS 65). Treat live checkout as authoritative.

Decision rule: If you need the cheapest PSA online door today, Standard at $59.99 is still the published entry with Get Started while Value remains unavailable. Pay $20 more for Priority when the $1,500 MIV cap or 70-80 business-day estimate matters.

Backlog public figures still show current load about 63% of capacity, about 85% recovered from peak, and estimated full catch-up in October (tracker update stamped Wed Sep 16). The Sep 16 Pokemon-only limited drop ($59 Grade / $79 Score) remains capacity-filled per CGN sold-out coverage; the /drop waiting-room path did not present an open queue this check.
Decision rule: Do not treat TAG as a general open door. Use Priority or Walkthrough only if those catalog products still complete checkout, watch drop notifications for the next limited window, and re-read the backlog tracker before budgeting TAT.
Beckett: platforms offline; temp Jotform fees live
Primaries: beckett.com/grading and temporary Jotform submission (opened Sep 21, 2026; formID 262533506933155).
Beckett states digital platforms, including Beckett.com and the mobile app, remain temporarily offline while infrastructure work continues. Base, Standard, and Express stay available through the temporary form. Beckett EU submissions are not available on this form.

SGC notes on the same table: for each additional $10,000 over $100,000 in card value, add $375 to the base fee; orders can take longer if crossovers are submitted without a minimum grade; turnaround begins once the order is unboxed and logged. Decision rule: Use SGC when the Standard $50 / $85 MDV bands fit, or when Expedited speed is worth the jump from $150 upward.
