Beckett Adds RWT Collective LA Drop-Off Before Sept 15 Reopen
Beckett still pauses online Base/Standard with a Sept 15 estimate, while company calendars list Dallas, RWT Collective LA, and LA Card Show drop-offs.

As of a September 2, 2026 fetch, Beckett’s Base & Standard submission availability page still shows new online Base and Standard (and Manga) submissions paused, with an estimate to begin reopening on September 15. The same page still names Dallas Card Show (September 10–13) for limited event Base and Standard capacity. Separately, Beckett Authentication’s events calendar — fetched the same day — adds a RWT Collective partnership drop-off on September 11 with limited Base and Standard capacity in Los Angeles, and repeats LA Card Show on September 12 with Base and Standard drop-off language.
This is a dated UPDATE to Beckett’s Pause Still Leaves Show Drop-Offs for Base & Standard (August 15 field update). It does not claim online Base or Standard quietly reopened. For a commercial how-to on the pause itself, see CardGrade.io’s advertiser guide Beckett Base & Standard grading pause — CardGrade.io is an advertiser on this site; we cover the news calendar, not their product pitch.
What windows does Beckett list right now?
High-impact availability claims need Beckett’s own domains. The table below is limited to what those pages stated on September 2, 2026 fetches — not rumor, not third-party show blogs.
Window | Dates | What Beckett pages say | Primary |
|---|---|---|---|
Online Base & Standard | Paused; estimate Sep 15 reopen | New online Base/Standard paused; Express & Priority remain available; waitlist offered | beckett.com/card-grading-availability (updated Aug 5, 2026) |
Dallas Card Show | Sep 10–13, 2026 | Limited Base & Standard event capacity on availability page; Authentication events page lists on-site grading/reviews and take-back submissions | availability page + beckett-authentication.com/resources/events |
RWT Collective TCG Public Access Day (LA) | Sep 11, 2026 | Partner drop-off for Card Grading with limited Base & Standard capacity; contact listed on events page | beckett-authentication.com/resources/events |
LA Card Show | Sep 12, 2026 | Drop-off Card Grading including Base & Standard; on-site autograph authentication | Beckett event calendar / Authentication events |
Philly Card Show | Sep 25–27, 2026 | Take-back submissions listed (after the Sep 15 estimate) | beckett-authentication.com/resources/events |
Decision rule: Treat every event allotment as finite. Beckett’s availability page warns event submissions may become unavailable once allotted volume is reached. Do not mail Base or Standard cards into the paused online flow while the banner is live.
Dallas Card Show (September 10–13): what the Authentication events page lists
Beckett Authentication’s events calendar places Dallas Card Show at the Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center (777 Watters Creek Boulevard, Allen, Texas 75013) across September 10–13, 2026, with published hours that vary by day. Services listed on that page include on-site card grading and encapsulation, raw card and graded card reviews, and take-back submissions for card grading, autograph authentication and encapsulation, and ticket authentication and grading.
Published on-site prices on that same Authentication events entry (September 2, 2026 fetch):
Service (Dallas listing) | Published price |
|---|---|
Raw Card Review | $65 per card |
Graded Card Review | $75 per card |
Grading and Encapsulation (1–9 cards) | $125 per card |
Grading and Encapsulation (10+ cards) | $115 per card |
Those on-site encapsulation prices are not the same as paused online Base ($14.95 / $17.95) or Standard ($34.95) mail-in fees from Beckett’s grading price table. Decision rule: If your goal is Base/Standard mail-in pricing, an on-site encapsulation lane is a different product — compare fee, turnaround, and whether the show still has Base/Standard take-back allotment before you travel.
Show organizers also sell passes at dallascardshow.com. Organizer pass pages are not Beckett’s grading rules.
RWT Collective TCG Public Access Day (September 11): the new LA partner window
The Authentication events calendar lists a Friday, September 11, 2026 RWT Collective TCG Public Access Day at 11301 W Olympic Blvd., Suite 201, Los Angeles, CA 90064. Beckett states it has partnered with RWT Collective and will accept drop-off submissions for Card Grading with limited capacity for Base and Standard on that date. The listing directs collectors to contact Ebrahim at 424-273-1193 or [email protected] for more information.
This RWT window did not appear in Card Grading News’ August 15 Front Row Las Vegas update. It is the concrete new calendar fact driving this dated post. Decision rule: Confirm capacity with the listed RWT contact before assuming a Base/Standard slot exists the day you arrive — Beckett’s own copy says limited capacity.
LA Card Show (September 12): Base & Standard drop-off language
Beckett’s event calendar entry for LA Card Show (Uniqlo Field at Dodgers Stadium, 1000 Vin Scully Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012) lists Saturday, September 12, 10AM–6PM PT, with on-site autograph authentication and drop-off submissions for Card Grading including Base and Standard, plus autograph authentication and encapsulation and ticket authentication and grading. Customer service contact on that entry: [email protected].
What the August 5 pause notice still says
Beckett’s availability page (last updated August 5, 2026; still live on September 2) continues to state: new online Base and Standard submissions are temporarily paused; existing submissions continue processing; packages already in transit are received as usual; Express and Priority remain available; limited Base and Standard capacity may be available at select events; customers can join a waitlist for availability updates; and Beckett expects to begin reopening paused services on September 15, described as an estimate tied to operational progress with changes published on the same page.
When paused services return, Beckett says availability will be managed ongoing to align volume with capacity. Decision rule: September 15 is an estimate, not a guaranteed national reopen of unlimited Base/Standard intake.
How this sits next to PSA, TAG, and CGC
Industry context without new numbers we cannot re-verify today: PSA’s Backlog Tracker latest published update remains August 25, 2026 at approximately 10.9 million units (covered here: PSA Backlog Falls to 10.9 Million). TAG’s regular tiers remain in a limited-drop model after the August 27 TAG Score drop (TAG Backlog Falls to 101%). CGC’s cheaper mail-in lanes can still be open while slow — see CGC Bulk Hits 150 Working Days. The bottom line
Online Beckett Base and Standard remain paused on the August 5 notice, with a September 15 reopen estimate. Between now and that estimate, Beckett’s own calendars list limited Base and Standard paths at Dallas (September 10–13), RWT Collective in Los Angeles (September 11), and LA Card Show (September 12). Express and Priority stay open online. Capacity is finite. Re-check Beckett’s live availability and events pages the day you plan to submit — this article is a snapshot of September 2, 2026 fetches, not a standing guarantee.
