Beckett Digital Platforms Offline Since Sept 9: Online Submissions Paused

On September 9, 2026, Beckett Collectibles published a live maintenance notice on its digital platforms stating that, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Central Time that day, "all Beckett websites and the Beckett mobile app" were taken offline "to make infrastructure enhancements." Card Grading News re-checked https://www.beckett.com/ on September 14, 2026; the same official maintenance page was still serving.
What changed
Beckett's own maintenance page says:
Digital platforms (all Beckett websites and the Beckett mobile app) went offline starting 7:00 p.m. CT on September 9, 2026.
Beckett is not accepting any new submissions at Beckett.com or other Beckett sites until digital platforms are restored.
Beckett will still accept in-person drop-off submissions at shows it is attending, including the Dallas Card Show and the LA Card Show. Prior CGN coverage placed Dallas Card Show on September 10-13, 2026; as of the September 14 re-check the primary notice still names Dallas, but that show window may already have ended. LA Card Show remains listed on the primary page. Confirm booth capacity at any live event before you travel.
Existing orders already received are not impacted; Beckett says it will continue processing in-house submissions.

What this means for collectors
Decision rule: If Beckett.com still shows the maintenance page, do not plan a new online Beckett submission. Use an in-person show drop-off Beckett is actually staffing, wait for the official restore update on Beckett's own domain, or choose another grader's live open tier after checking that company's current services page.
Do not ship "to be safe" hoping checkout will reopen mid-transit. Show drop-offs remain capacity-limited; prior CGN coverage for Dallas/LA still applies where those events are live. Already-accepted Beckett orders should keep processing per Beckett's statement; track them through whatever status channel Beckett restores.
