This is the day-of live Europe fee verify, not a reprint of PSA's September 9 announcement. Card Grading News already covered the Standard launch and the Frankfurt open date in PSA Standard $59.99 Opens Sept 14; Europe Submissions Sept 15 and the US checkout confirm in PSA Standard now live at checkout (Sep 14). Those posts did not publish the euro amounts or the Europe-locale turnaround table opened today.

What PSA announced for Europe (primary, Sep 9)

Primary: PSA Opens New Standard Service Level and Begins Grading in Europe. PSA said that starting September 15 at 12:01 a.m. Central European Time, collectors across the European Union can submit directly for local grading, and that its Frankfurt facility would offer globally available service levels across cards, autographed cards, tickets, and packs.

Decision rule: If you are comparing a US mail-in to a Europe-locale order, do not assume Super Express or Premier keep their US speed windows. On the Europe en-DE pages opened today, those tiers share a 25-30 business-day estimate with Express. Fees and estimates change; re-open PSA's own Europe page before you pay.

What we could not verify from a US IP

Fetching en-DE/startsubmission from this newsdesk's US network path landed on PSA's region picker with copy that the submission center is not accessible from our area, while still listing Europe Online Submission Center options. That is not the same as a completed European checkout. We are not claiming a paid EU order went through. We are reporting the published Europe fee and turnaround tables on services and submit, plus PSA's September 9 Frankfurt start date.

Practical takeaway: EU collectors should use PSA's Europe Online Submission Center from an EU path and confirm the euro total, insured-value cap, and estimate inside checkout. US collectors comparing speed should read the Europe TAT column above rather than copying US Super Express or Premier expectations.

Bottom line

On September 15, 2026, PSA's Europe en-DE services and submit pages are publishing a concrete euro matrix with introductory Standard at EUR 49.99 and Priority at EUR 69.99, while Express through Premium list 25-30 business-day estimates. That is new operational detail beyond the September 9 Frankfurt announcement already on CGN. Confirm inside PSA's Europe checkout before you ship.

FAQ

Is PSA Europe accepting orders on September 15, 2026?

PSA's September 9 primary says EU collectors can submit directly starting September 15 at 12:01 a.m. CET to Frankfurt. Separately, the Europe en-DE services and submit pages opened this run publish live euro fees with Get Started / submission-center links. We did not complete an EU checkout from a US IP.

How much is PSA Standard in Europe right now?

On the Europe en-DE services page opened September 15, 2026, Standard shows introductory pricing at EUR 49.99 with EUR 59.99 struck through, an EUR 900 max insured value, and an 80-90 business-day estimate.

Why do Europe Express and Premier look slower than US?

Because the Europe en-DE chart opened today lists Express, Super Express, and Premier all at 25-30 business days, while the US submit chart still shows faster Super Express (10-15) and Premier (7-10) windows. Use the locale you will actually check out in.

Does this replace PSA Value tiers?

No. PSA's September 9 notice said Standard is not a replacement for paused Value tiers. This Europe fee verify is about the Europe-locale ladder and Frankfurt start date, not a Value reopen.

Where should EU collectors start?

Open PSA's Europe Online Submission Center from an EU path, confirm the euro fee, insured-value cap, and estimate on the live order screen, then pack to PSA's current Europe shipping instructions. Do not rely on a third-party screenshot.
