This is a dated open-doors fee matrix stamped September 18, 2026. It is not a clone of CGN's September 15 snapshot. Material deltas vs that package and Sep 17 coverage: Beckett remains on the temporary Jotform path (day-N after CMS 61), TAG's Pokémon drop is still sold out (CMS 60), PSA Priority labeling stays live on services (CMS 62), and SGC fees are extractable this run after the Sep 15 SPA blocker. Fees change; re-check each linked primary before you pay or ship.

What changed since Sep 15 / Sep 17
SGC unblocked: The Sep 15 matrix could not extract gosgc.com fees (SPA shell). This Sep 18 run rendered the Standard Size raw-card table and publishes those figures below.
Beckett still temp-form: Platforms remain offline; collectors still use the temporary Jotform for Base / Standard / Express. Same fee set as CMS 61 ($17.95 / $34.95 / $79.95).
TAG capacity path: Backlog tracker still shows ~63% current load, ~85% recovered from peak, October full catch-up estimate (public update stamped Wed Sep 16). Pokémon 30th limited drop remains capacity-filled after Sep 17 sold-out coverage. Priority $149 and Walkthrough $299 still show available in products.json.
TAG Express catalog flag: GRADING | EXPRESS variants now return available=true at $79 in products.json while the pricing page banner still reads REGULAR TIERS PAUSED. Treat the live checkout path as authoritative; do not assume regular Express is broadly reopened from the JSON flag alone.

The Sep 16 Pokémon-only limited drop ($59 Grade / $79 Score) remains capacity-filled per CGN sold-out coverage; the /drop waiting-room path did not present an open queue this check.
Decision rule: Do not treat TAG as a general open door. Use Priority or Walkthrough only if those catalog products still complete checkout, watch drop notifications for the next limited window, and re-read the backlog tracker before budgeting TAT.

SGC notes on the same table: for each additional $10,000 over $100,000 in card value, add $375 to the base fee; orders can take longer if crossovers are submitted without a minimum grade; turnaround begins once the order is unboxed and logged.
