PSA has published new bulk submission pricing, and the changes shift the math for high-volume submitters. Here is what changed and who it affects.

PSA quietly rolled out updated bulk pricing this week, and while the headline rate looks similar, the tier thresholds moved in ways that matter for anyone submitting more than fifty cards at a time.

What changed

The bulk tier now starts at a higher card count, and the declared-value cap on the entry tier came down. Net effect: mid-size submitters pay slightly more per card.

Who it affects

Casual collectors sending a handful of cards will see no difference. Consignment shops and breakers operating at volume should re-run their per-card cost.
